This list is updated from time to time. Failure by Net.Orange to list a particular Net.Orange trademark or offering name is not a waiver of any rights reserved by that trademark.
In any material that mentions any Net.Orange trademark or Net.Orange offering name, you must include the correct attribution statement containing the reference to the respective Net.Orange trademark based on the following:
- "[NET.ORANGE TRADEMARKS] is/are the trademark(s) or registered trademark(s) of Net.Orange, Inc. in the US and in several other countries."
In your attribution statement, replace the placeholder phrase [NET.ORANGE TRADEMARKS] with the names of the Net.Orange trademarks or Net.Orange trademarks contained in the Net.Orange offering names mentioned in your material. Place the statement either on the copyright page (which may be the case in a brochure) or at the end of a material if it has no copyright page (in an advertisement or a press release, for example).
Example:
When referencing Net.Orange or cOS , the following credit line stating the Net.Orange legal claims must be included:
